Bow down, because the Queen of Pop has just announced she’s going vegan again, to prepare for Coachella.
Beyoncé told Instagram that she’ll be preparing for Coachella with her 22 Days Nutrition plan, a plant based meal service founded with husband Jay-Z back in 2015.
The Grammy Award winner posted a photo of gourmet avocado on toast, with the caption: “44 days until Coachella!! Vegan Time!! Click the link in my bio to join me!”
Queen Bey also shared a sneak peek of her Coachella rehearsals, with the superstar headlining the music festival in April.
Devoted fans will know this isn’t the first time Beyoncé has embraced veganism.
In fact, she and Jay-Z trialled a plant based diet in 2013 and even blogged about their experience.
“They walked away with a greater understanding of the powerful benefits of plant based nutrition”, Marco Borges, Beyoncé’s trainer told People at the time.
The superstar couple reportedly “loved” integrating more vegan options into their diet, with rapper Jay-Z calling the process “a spiritual and physical cleanse”.
22 Days Nutrition offers 100% vegan meals made from organic, non-GMO ingredients that are delivered fresh, not frozen.
The company was founded by Beyoncé and Jay-Z, to encourage people to experience the benefits of plant based living.
Menu items include strawberry almond oatmeal, pumpkin cranberry muffins, lentils with spiced cabbage and shiitake mushroom curry.
Currently, 22 Days Nutrition is only available as a meal delivery service to residents living within the United States.
However, when Queen Bey herself advocates for the benefits of a vegan diet, who would dare argue with royalty?
