Superstar couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, will offer one of their fans free concert tickets “for life” if they commit to eating more vegan foods.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z have previously been described as ‘flexible’ vegans, often adopting a plant-based diet in the lead-up to major events and shows.
The pair also own a plant-based meal plan company, called 22 Days Nutrition, which offers vegan-friendly recipes, grocery deliveries and advice from food coaches.
As part of the 22 Days Nutrition program, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have asked fans to share their ‘Greenprint‘ – by eating more plant-based meals, and understanding how individual food choices can impact the world.
“It starts with one meal, but can expand to a lifetime of positive global impact… We each have the potential to save our planet with our meal choices,” the Greenprint site states.
Fans who share their ‘Greenprint’ online can enter to win a lifetime’s supply of Beyoncé and Jay-Z tickets, capped at thirty years.
People are encouraged to enter the competition anytime between now and April 22, and a winner will selected at random in May.
Unsurprisingly, the internet has erupted following this announcement, with music fans already saying that wherever Queen Bey leads, they will follow:
If Beyoncé says we got to go vegan , then we got to go vegan #GreenprintProject .

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were first introduced to plant-based foods by exercise physiologist and friend, Marco Borges.
Mr Borges has just released a new book entitled ‘The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World’, for which Beyoncé and Jay-Z have also provided a foreword:
“Having children has changed our lives more than anything else… We used to think of health as a diet – some worked for us, some didn’t.
“Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible.”
